🏗️ 2025–2027: Ecosystem Infrastructure

“Connect batteries. scale resilience.”

  • Deploy live battery sites across Asia (China, Singapore, Japan, Taiwan, etc.)

  • Integrate sites into local grid markets for DR / frequency response

  • Establish legal and regulatory connections to each national grid operator

  • Launch and iterate on the Juic3 compliance & rewards protocol

  • Begin onboarding individuals and enterprises via Aggregator-as-a-Service

Objective: Lay the physical and legal foundation to activate distributed battery resources and unlock real-world grid rewards.


🧠 2025–2030: Software & Smart Dispatch

“Coordinate flexible capacity taylored to local power demand.”

  • Develop predictive load-balancing and auto-bidding algorithms

  • Collaborate with local DSOs and utilities on tailored dispatch schemes

  • Optimize battery coordination via Juic3 protocol rulesets

Objective: Make Juic3 smart. Build local energy intelligence and automation layers to enable real-time, high-trust grid participation.


🔧 2027–2030: Hardware & Custom Energy Devices

“Design batteries for the people and the places they live in.”

  • Develop battery and inverter form factors tailored to household, EV, HVAC, and commercial segments

  • Standardize hardware–protocol integration for “plug-to-grid” readiness

  • Enable device staking and ownership onchain

Objective: Build hardware that speaks Juic3. Deliver inclusive, cost-effective energy devices ready for grid participation—by default.
